This year for the Great Strides Cystic Fibrosis walk at Wheeler Historic Farm, we have created a team T-Shirt. Help us the fight to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis by purchasing a "Elliot's Angels and Clare's Crusaders" T-Shirt. Proceeds will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to help find a cure. T-Shirts are $10. If you are unable to attend the walk and would still like to show your support as an "Angel & Crusader" for Elliot and Clare by purchasing a T-shirt, please let us know what sizes you need and we can arrange for pick up or delivery. We appreciate all of the love and support we have received and are very optimistic on what the future holds for Elliot and Clare. Help us in our fight to spread awareness and find a cure.
